Still some machining to do on the long flat plates, only there to space the bodies out and keep them inline and also to mount the throttle linkage on. Top set of fuel rails still need a fair amount of machining. (bottom set not made so obviously not fitted yet (modified alfa 75 v6 wavy rails)

I used a 90* drill attachment and compressed the rivnut using an M10 bolt...

Yep thats what I did. Opened them up marked the centre of each lamp and put a straight edge through to mark centre line to each edge of the pod

The two housings pop up at a slight angle from the vert, set the lenses horizontal and lined up with each other.

My tanks are attached in the normal way, only difference is they were made with mounting lugs that you can actually get to. Other way to attach yours would have been to use a right angled drill attachment or air drill with one of those small cbs stepped drill/hole cutters. If you are reffering to those ally brackets behind my rubber mounts, they are just ally sheet thats sandwiched there, forming part of some air scoop coolector things that'll feed my airbox.
