What did you have for Christmas dinner?

Since we're such a diverse group living all over the world, I thought it would be fun to see what everyone had for their Christmas dinner.

I decided to do something different this year fixed some wonderfully hot cheese & onion enchiladas. For side dishes we had papas (Mexican potatoes with cheese), spanish rice, salad and nachos with home-made salsa. It all turned out quite well and seemed somehow appropriate for a Texas Christmas.

Had Christmas dinner on the 24th as my wife was working 25th
( both nurses ) Had a mixture of salad with ham & cream cheese for starter followed by a choice of roast beef or chicken in a mushroom and white wine sauce served with roast potatoes and roast veg. Followed by traditional triffle.

Dull tradition here. Prawn cocktail, turkey/stuffing/roast potatoes/carrots& parsnips with stilton melted on; Christmas pud & cream/ with champagne to lubricate. all offste by copious humbug!

Pretty much the same for me! All to excess except the alcohol as i was driving this year!
