I know this isn't really the place, but...
Hamish told me you have experience of removing sunroofs from Betas. How is it done, and it there anything I need to be wary of? As with the rest of them, the screws are rusted tight, and I don't want to force things if I don't have to...

Don't be sorry.

I think most users of this forum will be Italian Car fans, and will enjoy reading anything about them.

Additionally, many of the forum users might have had a Beta at some time in the past, so someone else might even be able to answer your question.

I did, at one stage, consider adding some additional forums for Italian cars, eg Fiat, Lancia, Ferrari, Alfa, Maserati - but I was a little concerned about the impact of the load on the forum server.

Anyway, post whatever you like - within reason...

I am indeed an expert (after many hours of practise) of repairing Beta sunroofs and getting them to work properly.
