Not difficult to find in the USA but they don't appear very often without a steering wheel!

That hub is cast aluminum--the real hub is steel with a stamped steel cover. It would probably work but not an original item.

Well you learn something every day! from pictures of the original I had always assumed this to be the real thing as it is visually identical! I stand corrected!

Randle is spot on. He owns a real Stratos to compare with. I picked up a genuine Stradale steering wheel and hub and concur with him. I also have several 124 Spider take offs in my stash.
Another note is that the bolt hole diameter for the genuine steering wheel is different than the Momo / Sparco.
Randle......drop me an email, I'd like to come by and take some digital photos of your car. My memory from that all to short drive across the grass field at Orphan car day a couple years ago was an inspiration but my memory isn't as good as my camera.
btw... I see you quite often on F-Chat too.

As Jeff said, not quite, although the item you pointed out is what you want if you are fitting a Momo (or similar) wheel to the X1/9 steering column used in a Hawk replica. You might even be able to fit a Momo wheel to a genuine Stratos with one.
And from personal experience, I can confirm that the Stradale wheel does not use a Momo bolt pattern. So, if anyone out there should happen across another Stradale hub adapter, please give me a shout.
Otherwise, I see some quality time at the machine shop in my future....

Here is a picture of a Stratos steering hub for the curious.
