Just heard that British Airways is having a special fare from Atlanta to London round trip for $200.

YES THAT IS CORRECT $200

British Airways is celebrating the history of flight and the fares must be booked by midnight Thursday. Thanksgiving and Chrismas black out, week day flying. then after christmas to April 16th I believe.

OK any one for week trip to vistit the UK contingent, Gerry @ Hawk, and the Sleazy parts of the West End?

We can share car and hotel and really do this on the cheap...

HURRY!!!

When ever it's good for you guys.

I have a track date with a 355 the weekend of Nov 18, then will be in Chicago for Thanksgiving. Other than that my schedule is very flexible.

We just have to coordinate our time and the time the UK membership will have time to spend with us as well.

As Scott knows, the UK isn't really THAT big of a country, and if we share driving renatal costs and driving chores, we can probably see and meet with most every one (if we don't do the pub crawling thing)

Hello Jeff / Scott,
What about January?
We have in Birmingham at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC for short), one of the best auto shows around catering for most four (and two) wheel events from Formula 1 to Karting etc etc.
Check out the link below for more info

http://www.autosport-show.com

There has been a few murmerings of a get together at the show and could be ideal for you guys??.

January's a possibility... but I was looking for something in calender 2003. I have a week and a half unused vacation time that I'll lose if I don't take it by year's end.

Almost flew over for the Welsh rally, but scheduling conflicts prevented it.

Cheers,

It is now known as the "Wales Rally GB" . Rally GB is it's WRC name and Wales (The Country) are the sponsors. I still call it the "RAC" - cos' i'm that old!!
If someone wants to say hi, i shall be officiating on the event and will be at Rheola 1 & 2 on Friday, Crychan 1 & 2 on Saturday morning, Felindre G & H on Saturday afternoon and evening and then Margam Park (live on TV) on the Sunday.
I shall be wearing my new "Stratclub" and "Stratos Enthusiasts Club" (thanks Nico) white cap. :p

Yes, it probably should have. Chalk it up to my lazy colonial grammar.;)

My apologies for the breach of etiquette.

True, but we do have spectacularly poor infrastructure so it might as well be the size of Siberia
