View Full Version : Tempest Rally, Aldershot/Farnborough BRC event, 26th Oct.

The club are expecting to have a display for the British Rally Championship event in Aldershot (and surrounding area) on Sunday 26th October.

If you haven't seen this mentioned in the 'events' forum topic, please pop along there and see if you can come along.

Ideally, please keep any replies to that other forum topic. I've only added it here as I suspect that many forum users might bookmark the 'Stratos Forum' and miss postings on the other topics. Well, I used to do that, but now bookmark the 'Stratos Category' instead to spot new topics and replies on each forum.

It would be very much appreciated if any club members can indicate their availability for this event, for which David has been given the opportunity by Barry Guess (event organiser). I am offering my services to try and help out with co-ordinating since David can't make it that weekend and the event is quite close to where I live.

So, please check the other messages on this topic, check your diaries, and make a commitment to join in (with or without your car). :)

And if you are in contact with other club members who do not use this forum, please pass on the message asap.

Rowland Casebourne has indicated that he should be able to come along.

I think that Ken Tomblin might also make it.

Can't remember if the Hassel's said they were able to join in for this one.

How about Gary Lomas - under whatever nom de plume is in use at the moment?

Any other likely candidates?
(most likely from those 'down south')...

Any further news yet on the above regarding times, accomodation, venue, etc.
I am assuming that we would be at the Rushmoor stage?
