1) What other makes share the PCD of the lancia 4-stud hubs?
2) What is the width once the angular Gp4 arches are added? - Now I've got a Stratos in my garage, there doesn't seem much clearance on the door frames, and I don't want to end up with a quart in a pint pot door!
Enjoy yourselves at Abingdon, I look forwrd to the reports.

98 pcd 4 stud
Mainly you have to think about Fiat and Lancia, also Lada and Polonez. Some Alfa are the same, but some Alfa are 5 stud.
A similar thread is also going on in the Buy/Sell forum. I will copy the messages from there into this thread as well.
I don't have Group 4 Arches, so can't help with the width, but I was looking at the additional width on Tony Aylot's car while I was sat behind him in the start queue for stage one of the rally at Abingdon, and would estimate that you need at least 8 inches more with Group 4 arches.

The Corse S needs different offsets front and rear - ET-27 front and ET0 rear.
I'm not 100% sure on the Corse I. It is about the same as a corse S, but it needs 5 stud Ford PCDs.
The Allora - well, it's offsets are really weird, and nowhere near anything else. I run with a 25mm spacer on the front, and then ET+12 all round on my car.

For my Corse I, Hugh recommended ET-25 on the front and whatever is needed to get under the arches at the back. Without the Gp4 arches I have to use ET-50 to clear a 205 section tyre on a 7" rim. In practice, I use various wheels and spacers (summer, winter, slicks, ice-racing etc) varying from ET-15 to ET-58 without any obvious adverse steering effects.

The Corsa I uses Ford (Scorpio) 5-stud hubs with a 112mm PCD. That also allows the use of a wide range of Mercedes Benz rims which have the same PCD but have a larger centre hole and thus need a small sleeve to seat correctly.

According to the Hawk Cars leaflet, the standard car is 68.9" wide and the Group 4 car is 75" in width. And then you need some clearance to be able to get into your garage without clouting the side!
