Gear lever & handbrake gaiters

Is there a favoured source type for these, or does anything go?

To the best of my knowledge the original Stratos parts are Beta first series HPE/Coupe items - and the conical gearknob was used as well. The handbrake doesn't have a gaiter, just a piece of vinyl stitched onto the carpet.
