It is time to say goodbye to my Strat and It has never been a better drive than it is at present.
The car was built by Chris Smith in his work shop at Husbands Bosworth and is a standard Stradale body in 1970's Fiat blue (quite dark) with matt black spoilers etc. The engine is Alfa's V6
3.0 ltr with replica exhaust (stainless).Front brakes are Integrale discs with Princess twin pot calipers.It has front and rear anti roll bars and recent uprated rear springs (265lbs/in).The interior has been trimmed in black alcantara with blue alcantara headlining,but there are no carpets (I like the alloy floor)!The seats are carbon race seats with inertia reel belts.4 point harnesses are to be sold with the car if required.
The kit was bought new from Gerry in 1995 and first registered
q320 rrp in 1998.
It has recently completed a fantastic Mclaren Cars track day at Goodwood where I discovered just how well it drives and how much fun it is without speed limits and Police etc!
