All other such ads include chassis number.
This one does not, and I also noted that it claims a 1970 Entered into service date - (Mise en circulation 24/04/1970)!

Very fishy, although it looks superb

It does admit to being a Stratos rebuilt as a Gp IV, so was a Stradale at best, but no chassis number is suspicious.
