seat runners

If you are over 5' 9" forget runners and mount the seat solid ;)

Used to be 5ft 10in but old age dos'nt come by it's self ,and I thought it might make it easier to find a comfortable position if adjustable,

I have a brand new car-set of Sparco low profile runners (2 pairs). Never used them, still in the plastic wrapper they came in IIRC. Any use?
