Is that a Ferrari Dino sump or a Fiat Dino sump?

It is a Fiat Dino sump. The Ferrari one is the full length of the block, but narrower.

Hi, it is a 2.4 FIAT Dino engine - block is iron and the sump is FIAT. FIAT and "Ferrari" are virtually identical - the oft-quoted power differences can be put down to varying understanding of the word exaggeration :)
Cheers

It looks like a Stratos rear exhaust manifold fitted?

Yes it looks like it, The Dino engines have flat headers, the 3 pipes next to each other.

You're right Pim. So if it has Stratos carbs (IDFs) and a Stratos exhaust, maybe it is a Stratos lump and just has a Fiat sump fitted while it's sat there with the transmission not fitted, a temporary dust cover the big ends crank?

They're the Ferrari/Fiat Dino carbs fitted in your photo (40 DCN), an earlier version of the DCNF.
