Hawk rear tow loop

Any suggestions for the best way to go about this?

I had a couple of steel loops welded to the bottom corners of the chassis, just behind the wishbones. Ideal for tying the car down on AA trucks.... There are two similar ones at the front. The rear ones aren't great for towing anything because the rope is a little near the exhaust but they'd be great for pulling you out of hedges!
