I need a pair of rear wishbones for a Hawk. Does anyone have a spare set, or even a set that I could borrow and fab - up for myself?

Are the rear wishbones the same on the HF2000 & 3000?

Hi Mark
I don't have any, but they are the same.
Later versions have an inner Rose joint as opposed to rubber bush though.
Gerry H will sell you a set I'm sure..

I have an old pair of the early type (metalastic bushes) the bushes are pretty knackerd, they dont have the inner rose joit but a bush as mentioned by Sando. If interested I could dig them out for you.

I've got a similar pair, available to borrow if you want.

Thanks Guys.

What is best for road use........metalastic/rubber or the rose jointed ones? I was always under the impression that rose joints were for track and not ideally suited to the road?

Probably metelastic for road use - rosejoints bang and clatter a lot.

The later ones with rose joint inners and nylatron outer bushes are reccomended for higher power engines such as a V6, the earlier ones with metalastic bushes will suit a twin cam engine lighter and less power.
