Seems to be a theme to threads these days. Hopefully my question is fairly straightforward. Just looking for confirmation of a couple of points.
1. The Stratos engine harness is made up of a 9 pin and a 2 pin connector. (NOT 2 x 5-Ways!!) One pin is WHITE/PURPLE, which connect the existing PINK wire that drives the fuel pump relay. Although the document says goes to the +ve on the fuel pump. Just need confirmation I have got this right.
2. The other pin is a GREEN wire for which I cannot find a home. The wiring document suggests it is a Fused Ignition Supply. Is this just a spare +ve power for the rear end ?
3. There is a Brown cable which it is suggested connects the starter solonoid main battery lead to Alternator Battery Terminal. Not sure what this is for as the starter solonoid and alternator are connected at battery isolator switch.
Have read through it all too much and confusing myself now !!! I know there is help out there
Regards
Iain
