The asking price for this one is 150.000 Euro's, thats about 100.000 pounds isn't it???

Where did this figure come from Chris? I'm assuming at one time somebody said a replica was worth about a third of an original. If so, it just shows how daft original prices have gone.

Economics lesson. Supply and demand. Finite supply of originals. Why pay £35k for a replica when you can build it yourself for £18-£20?

It is a matter of convenience. Gerry and Lionel offer 'turnkey' cars for around £35k and if someone wants a car without the hassle or time, then they are currently getting a real bargain at £18k.
