Dave, 'Think it's going to be very good value, but not cheap.
Nice to see you at the NEC by the way.
It's very interesting though, isn't it?

Price of every system would be different, all made to fit/perform individualy. I had one off oval stainless flanges, equal length pipework, true merge collectors, one off repackable stainless silencers and a pair of stainless muffler/tailpipes that are very close in look to the ones shown in the recent exhaust thread. Not cheap but then again, not as expensive as i expected.
If you wanted some tubular headers making then Lance is your man ;)

I wanted to get some length into the rear pipework so it would match the front bank.
I had tube dia and length calcs from four unconnected sources. One of the sources has printed dyno graphs showing a very healthy increase. Three of them gave the same length, Ojz were within 10mm on the primary length to what the others had quoted so thats what i ran with. Can't tell you what the db reading is till the silencers go on and the thing is fired up . :)

Car is back with the exhaust completed :) :) Tried the additional mufflers but they stuck out too far. Maybe if i cut a pair down, purely for cosmetic reasons

Very nice,
Have you any pics with the rear canopy on yet or is that safely tucked away.
I assume from he previous text that the silencers are fully repackable.

Yeah, silencers are repackable and eveything comes apart very quickly. I really liked the big clamps that hold the cans to the mounting, initially thought i'd hide the screw fixing but like them on show. The earlier pic has been changed, showing the car without the rear clam. ;)
