Well i'm having a nice weekend :) Engine mount finally finished off, should be plenty strong enough :D

And for Big Al, i have actually started welding the new pedal box assembly together. :eek: When pay day comes this week i'll order the cylinders and balance bar, it'll then start looking something like.

Good to hear you are making progress with the pedal box - is this yet another or do I have you confused with somebody else, Mick maybe?

Just bought an Alfa 147GTA to replace the Nissan 350Z. The Z was a great car but the wrong car. Bought it to use it as a GT with the Mrs but that didn't happen. Trouble is, that's all the Z can do so depreciation being what it is, it had to go. The 147 is a nicer drive and still goes like stink so if the car ever gets rear-ended, you know what's going into the Hawk...

You are correct on the pedal box. It is me :o Just started on the mark 2 version, pics should be in the crimbo edition of the SEC newsletter.

Had forgotten the elecs Pete :o I'l sort it in the morning. couldn't find the ign amps though?

Re the 147, nice choice ;) Keep trying to persuade Jack to have one next but she says i'd be lining up for another donor! May be a GT blackline though.

John, Will the pedal box be on view for your open day?? Have you priced up the pull cyliners yet? Would be good to see some pics!!!

Just doing some more at it now. It will be on view for the open day but no pics as yet. May get away with normal push type cylinders and a couple of linkages. :)
