Hi all. Sent an email to the company. got a reply stating with pics that they do Pirelli, Late Alitalia, and a very nice livery, i have not seen before. It is bright blue with a white stripe down the side and large HJS logo. will try and attach a pic later. They did say that we can send pix if we have anything else in mind :D

It also looks like they did the livery for Hrabi's new car.

I was thinking the 1975 nr 11 winning car in San Remo, must be about the same car ?? I have some pictures and the model kit from Hasagewa with all its decals and drawings.

Waldegaard drove the RAC 75 and San Remo 75 with the same car.
TO M26363/TO N12661 chassis 1874.

Hi Tryphon,

I noticed on youre car that the Alitalia letters on youre spot light cover and above youre rear wheels are black. I suppose that's the original colour, or were there also early cars with green Alitalia letters? ( the model i have has green letters so that would be wrong ).

There is also a round black sticker on the San Remo car on the front bonnet with the letters SMO, do you have any idea what that stands for, or do you have a close up picture.

Early Alitalia font letter is black. Late Alitalia is green.
SMO stands for Sandro Munari Oil. I think only Munari driven cars had it.
There is a close up picture in the latest Munari book, Una vita di travesro.

Chassis 1828, Corsica 1981, TO U62570.
I wonder how you could use stickers over the front grill for instance...

I have drawn the k way logo out properly somewhere?

My next choice would be the SG version. Have you seen Arena models site?

I've seen the site and it starts the process of choice all over again :) That's why I've gone for Chardonnet and potentially a different sponsor as and when!!

I have a lot of the stickers digitised in a format that the vinyl cutters use. Most of the pirelli/michelin/chardonnet/Valeo etc are the same so you wouldn't need many others doing, just the main one and a couple of odds and ends.

I've managed to find about 20 pics of the L'automobile car so far, hopefully somebody else may have some more?

I've received a response back re the Chardonnet livery.

The 'LANCIA' font is wrong...
the 'Chardonnet' font is wrong...
the number '10' on the side is wrong...
L'AutOmobile is the right font family, but not the right font, and the dimensions are not accurate.

Apart from that it's fine, although there are some decals missing.

Total is wrong and many of the other pre applied smaller ones are way out from where they should be. If someone isn't too bothered about how they look then it would be ok.

But L'auto is my choice so find another! :)

Be nice to know if these kits do fit a strat ;)

Chris Ellis (Carlsberg) of course had his graphics produced by a signmaker. That was the complete Alitalia colour scheme, which he applied over a white base.
I should think his supplier still has the sizes etc. on file.
