This thread mentioned an O/S diameter of 2 1/4" that would be about 57 mm ??????

I have Guy's in my safe keeping. Mick mentioned producing a plastic version..
There must be a market for them. What does Gerry suggest?

A shrug of the shoulders and puzzled expression

I found a company in the states who made that type of circlip but they never answered my emails or calls. The search continues.........

John,

Could you forward the contact info for the US circlip company you mentioned? I can try to follow up for you.

Seems we've all been here many times before.
I would happily produce a nylon clips if the numbers justified it. As with anything in my 'game' tooling costs usually outweigh the returns. :(
I seriously doubt that there would be enough demand to justify even making a simple mould tool.
I may be wrong though.
Anyone care to estimate the 'actual' number of sets that would be needed?
