I've just had an email from Gerry's agent in Germany who has 8 Yokohama 345*35*15 tyres available. Price is approx €400 plus German taxes @16%. I am waiting to hear if they have the necessary "E" markings to be legal in the UK or are US imports.
I haven't had any trouble recently getting Pirelli P Zero 345s, well, apart from finding the money to pay for them!
Fritz also mentioned that he expects to be getting a few sets of 285*40*15 Yokohamas in the near future and I know that some people with group 4 cars prefer this size on the rear to the 345s. No prices yet unfortunately but I am aware that these sized tyres have been unobtainable for a while. Chris Smith bought the last few sets in Europe a few years back and sold out quickly. The boys with de Tomaso Panteras usually snap up any that they can find! Again, no answer yet on the E Mark question!
So, if you want a set, please contact Fritz Phillips, Gerrys agent in Germany!

Just to build on Guy's post, I've spoken with Fritz today, and infact he's not got Yokohama's.:(

The tyres he has access to are indeed Pirelli P Zero (V rated, E marked) and are a little cheaper than the original €400 + tax price indicated. He can get them delivered within 3 days, and there's still 8 available....

Does anyboby out there know if a price around €400 is good? I paid a little less than that including delivery to Holland for Yoko's from Vintage Tyres in the UK.

Hi Nico, I replaced my old Yokos about a year ago with a pair of P Zeros, I think the price was about £235 including the VAT each so Fritzs price is about right. I just fitted a pair of 225.50.15 P Zeros to the front at £106 each.
Good to see you both on Sunday at Stoneleigh, hope the car got you home ok!
