A few days back I bought the Stratos HF Stradale chassis 1939 and currently awaiting its delivery.
A quick question:

Does anyone know if there is a register of Stratos chassis numbers?

Congratulations on your purchase - it looks fabulous.

I believe that Omicron have a register of some chassis numbers, so you could try contacting them.

Thanks for all the replies.
In fact I tried to see through the mist of production numbers for the Stratos but noone, not even Lancia or Bertone, seem to know them.

Most "experts" acknowledge 492 cars but some well informed reporters tend to believe that between 250 and 300 completed cars saw the light of day.

Well I guess we'll never know.

I wouldn't worry too much about how many were actually made - just be thankfull that you are one of the extremely lucky people who own an actual original Stratos, because there are defintely less than 492 now.
