Coffin spoke wheel nuts

What is the correct sort of nut to use?
Should it be a m12 x 1.5 with just a 60 degree face or the type with a 60 degree face and sleeve. The hole in the wheel is around 14-15mm? Rallydesign sell a ford ghia nut which looks something like.

Anybody know?

I believe that Gerry supplies the correct type at hideous cost.
