These are not the right handles, but having said that they are quite nice and would look OK, IMO.
The real ones also have a separate chrome-plated recess.
I think there are pictures on this forum if you search hard enough - if you can't find them, I'll put some up tomorrow.

Hello,
found in the forum that the inner door handles are from a Lamborghini Miura. And found in the internet a part list for miura doors ...
http://www.huskyclub.com/tavdoordetails.html
The inner door handles have got a Fiat Number:
handle, door release interior, right Fiat 4131393
handle, door release interior, left Fiat 4131394
and
trim panel, right door handle escutchion Fiat 4131467
Does anybody know in which Fiat cars these parts were used?
Thanks ...

In the absence of Fiat 850 and Lambo Miura parts, does any one use a suitable alternative. Not necessarily talking similar style or design, but something that looks OK and is usable.
X1/9 maybe as all the other door mechanism come from there ??

There's always the old Fiat 500 type? See here:

The 850 Spider ones do turn up though, and a lot of replicas have them now.
Here's some 500 type on ebay:

Or FSO plastic type handles for a temp fix, almost the same fitting as the Fiat 500.

Keep in mind the SVA test. The edges on those FIAT hadles look contactable by the ball, and they are not the correct radius.
