Am I right in thinking that Fiat X1/9 and Fiat 124 type stalk contacts use the same size circle contact?
See photo showing a Lancia Beta hub on the left (larger contact circle, but same splines) and a Fiat 124 type on the right (smaller circle).
Which one is suitable for X1/9 stalks?

I've got two Beta ones spare. One's been modified to work with the small contact circle and the other is still Beta standard/unmodified (the one on the left in my photo).
I might trash one of them to make an adapter. The hub on the right is the one I'm going to use, but it has the Personal 6 stud pcd. At least it's ok at the contact circle and spline end?
I've advertised the modified Beta one in the next newsletter, but I thought it was a 124 to MOMO hub. Maybe not as sought after? I think it'll have to be cheaper now.

If finding the correct hub is a problem then make one from an old x19 steering wheel centre slug and a new bit of steel plate. It would take the x19 slip ring easily too.

That's a good way of doing it John, but I'm ok, I've got enough to make something up that'll work and is safe.

I modded mine for the Ferrero PCD by taking of some "flesh"with a lathe, then threading some new holes to fit the Ferrero PCD.

Yes it did, but make sure there is inough thickness left to get enough thread into the hub, yours looks different from the underside. In the first picture you can also see the bolts coming through mine! I also had to do some ajustment to fit the horn push!
