Switch wiring

I am using a late X1-9 column switch assembly, can anyone help with matching the Hawk harness wiring to the X1-9 connections....

What year of X1/9 did the stalks come off.

I think it was a 1983 model

Yes its an A plate, could the wiring colour codes be different from the early cars...
