Is there anyone on here signed up to YouTube?

It would be good to know it it's possible to get all these old 'World of Sport' open championship reports and 'Grandstand' Rallysprints on DVD?

Not available on there :( - and if they were, they would be removed sooner or later due to copyright infringements.

Would still love to see some of that old rallysprint stuff again.

Alternatively, you can get them more directly from the YouTube site, missing out the Google Video headings.

John, I meant if it would be possible to get something directly from 'dug2511' somehow. I suppose we ought to be thankful that he's put it on there at all. It's the first time I've seen these bits of film since they were on at the time. It's great stuff, I remember that bit where Ari Vatanen complains when MCD have'nt got any slicks for him to use on Oliver's Mount and he looses his second place finish on the 82 Mintex. It's a classic.

I noticed that the very first Welsh Rallysprint isn't on there? The one where the first works TR7V8 appeared. The BBC have probably thrown the video/film in the bin? It would be from the pre domestic VCR days?

It seems that not all of Barry Hinchliffe's rally reports are available on DVD/VHS? Maybe someone else owns the rights to the old 'World of Sport' rally reports that he did?
