Is that you, Dave?
If so I will not bid!

Hi John,
Yes it is me bidding, but have spoken to the owner who has someone looking at it right now - so expect it will go quickly, I'll keep my eye on it though.

I did a number plate check via rac it is a cloverleaf . Only thing that worried me is the original owner not consenting to the sale. How would you stand if he stuck his head out of the sand when the engine etc is sitting in a nice shiny stratos and the rest of his car potentially scrapped?

At this rate, the SEC members and this forum's members will about own all the uk supplied 24v's :D
That one looks a perfect donor doesn't it?
If anyone here buy's it, can i have a few odds and ends from the leftovers? :)

can't see him complaining. it would probably cost him money to ressurect it and service it than what it's worth. There will be some rules that say if he has had notice to remove it and not done so in a certain time then it can be disposed of at the property owners discrestion, bit like an abandoned car?

How can what looks like an "H" plate be a 24V (unless some older plate has been fitted)? The plate makes it 1990/91 registered.

Can't keep a secret any longer. I am the culprit the owner only lives approx 5miles from my home. It has done 180k and looks like a 12v but I need to give it a closer check when I get it home at the weekend.
