Good morning folks, at present I own a fulvia 1600 hf with a group 4 engine, and a few other mods, however I am looking at building a Stratos replica, as I definately could not afford to buy a real Stratos.
The reason for the e-mail, is there anybody out there got a car that lives in Scotland that I could come and have a look at and have a chat with to see what the good points are, and hopefully NO bad points. Many thanks and I have read alot of good info on this site .

Best regards, Ian.

I'm in St.Boswells (Hawk), there's others in Coldstream (Corse), Broughton (Hawk), Edinburgh (Corse), Inverness (Allora), Ayrshire (Hawk), that I can think of. I think there's also one or two in deepest Aberdeenshire.
Where are you Ian?

Chris, many thanks for your really quick reply, I actually live up in Oban on the west coast, but being a Lancia fanatic , and have the dreaded illness for Lancias that cannot be cured, --distance is not really a problem, but I was looking for somebody like your self that I could drive down and in back in the one day, I have had a look in the road atlas and the borders are not that far away. I alos work offshore and I am home, so any time is good.
Perhaps if you would like we could have a chat on the phone as I would really like to build a car after completely rebuilding and restoring the Fulvia.
My home phone number is 01631 562735. Many thanks again.

Regards, Ian.

Hi Ian, It sounds like you will need to join The Stratos Enthusiasts Club as well. It really is the best way to find out all you need to know about building and owning a Stratos replica.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Tim

Do you ever visit Inverness? My Allora is not that far removed from a Hawk, :) I do hope to have my car down your way by late summer as one of my first trips when its back onthe road will be to my fathers near Furnace.
Cheers

Stephen

Two Hawks and a Corse in Stewarton, Ayrshire if you are interested. It's certainly an easy drive from Oban in a day.
