Hawk fuel filler caps - replacements?

Anyone know off hand what the thread size is on the Hawk fuel caps? One of mine siezed and is now "cosmetically challenged" after the removal process. Is there a commonly available replacement of either the original or Monza/Aston type which only requires minor rear clamshell mods?

I have 2 that i don't use, because i used monza caps.

Hi Pim, What type of fitment do your Monza caps have? If they screw on, did they have the same thread as the original so made a simple replacement?

Hi Allen, mine are actually the Aston Martin type ( small difference ) i think the 2,5 inch size. They did not fit the Hawk tank direct. They included a flange so i made up a flange on both fuel tanks.

Or you could link the two alloy parts with a short section of rubber hose.

I would have thought at least as much as a new Monza or Aston cap to a fellow enthusiast, but probably more than that in any other case?

They are very very rare?
