Just a word of thanks from a hopefully newbie to be. And it goes to Guy Mayers for inviting me round to his house for a chat & to check out his Hawk, which I have to say is a beautiful car.
Guy talked me through the car & aspects of the build process amongst other related stuff like availabillity of parts etc...
I learned some stuff today & cleared a few queries I had about building a Stratos replica.
I have to say that this was the first time I've seen a Stratos in the flesh, (replica or original) even though it was my favourite car since I was in junior school & what a pleasure it was.
It won't be next week or anything but I'll be joining you guys soon as I can.
