Mr Sando i think.(for campagnolo replica ones.) The only problem is sourcing the required circlips to hold them in. I found a company who made them to order but they didn't reply to my calls/emails :(

Despite lots of investigation, no he doesn't.
If anyone has a contact that can make these things I have one spare that can be lent out on pain of death of being lost!

Hi Rob,
I'm interested.
Are they n.o.s. or a new reproduction ?
Picture ?
Thank you.
Roberto.

Hi Roberto
I'm holding a number of them for the club. Yes they are reproduction items but are very good. As discussed above though we do not have the circlips.
We have quite a large number, so it should be ok to let you have a few sets. I'll just have to check with the other comittee members. I'll post a photo and get back to you soon.
They would need to be at the same price quoted above to everyone though :)
Regards

What is the precise size of circlip you are all looking for?

The O/S diameter is 2 1/4" in old money...

Well I have found this:
For Bore Diameter 2-1/4"
Fits Groove Diameter 2.382"
Fits Groove Width 0.086"
Outside Diameter 2.490"
Thickness .078"
Or perhaps this?
For Bore Diameter 2"
Fits Groove Diameter 2.122"
Fits Groove Width 0.068"
Outside Diameter 2.210"
Thickness 0.062"
Obviously there is a difference between the dimension of the bore that's to be fitted and the OD of the unfitted circlip. The first choice matches the former ,the second the latter.

The unfitted clip O/S diameter is 2.25". The groove in the wheel centre is only slightly less that 2.25". The bore is 2 3/16".

I did a quick search of previous circlip discussions and the pertinent dimension is the circlip thickness at 1mm, which means that it is not going to be a DIN standard circlip. You can see an original in this link:

Its possible that a wire type circlip could do the job. Try asking this outfit:
