While in the process of fitting new seals, I fitted one before putting the spring seat in! hence my need for one more. Anyone else done that before.

Lyndon,
I have a selection of valve stem oil seals in my garage - will look later on today - pretty sure I'll be able to sort something out.
Cheers

Lyndon,
Have had a rummage - its been a while since I've had the covers off my v6 12v engines and I've binned all the spare heads that were lying about so I have nothing I can immediately reference and determine that its the correct part.
You have to take into consideration I've had engines in bits from 8v & 16v Integrales, Fiat Bravo 1.6's, Alfa v6 12v's and a fiat Punto!
I found these three items which were in one of my Alfa V6 odds and sods boxes so hopefully they'll be of use. (these are unused btw)
Top internal diameter (wire band end) = 8mm
Bottom internal diameter = 11mm
Overall diameter at widest point = 15mm
Height = 9.5mm
On the outer section of the main body of the oil seal, there are three little rubber moulded tags (for want of a better description) and also a tiny raised lip at the point where the seal starts to taper in for the wire band to seat.
I have taken a picture of them at various angles - Hopefully it'll be of some use but I'm not sure how to get real close up detailed images with my digital camera. (Not one for manuals me!)
If you have dimensions of one and these are the wrong ones then let me know and I'll have another rummage - I'm sure there are some out there!
