Can someone tell me what these are from the Hawk kit? Can't find any reference to them.

They're spacers for fitting the rear Alfa calipers to the hubs. Mine fitted perfectly without them! It may be that there's a slight difference in offset between 12v & 24v discs that caused that, but I have no evidence for that.

There's definitely a differnece in the front discs, although I'm not sure about the offset.

24V are 281 by 26mm, earlier discs are 284 by 21mm. How thick are the spacers?

they are about 2.5mm from memory.
Just because the disc has a different thickness doesn't mean that it has a different offset - the centreline could be the same.

I assumed they were something to do with the front carriers, because Pimm has them altogether in a picture on his site.

I am using all the bits off of my 12v and have to say that the disc runs perfectly central through the carrier, without these spacers so must assume that these are used for a variation in the caliper/disc arrangement.

I did use them on my 12 V rear callipers and it seems ok. Did not try them without.

Hi,
I used the spacers on my 12V set-up.

With the spacers fitted, the disc ran centrally through the fixed part of the caliper.

They must be for the rear calipers because I used washers as spacers & after seeing the picture, it suddenly dawned on me, I`ve got two of those somwhere.
