I've been asked to pass on the following. The seller also has some instuments and switches for sale that may of interest? I've got other photos of the engine and build notes if you really must?! I think it would be better in a 124 Abarth historic rally car (with different inlet) £4500 buys you a lot of Stratos rep. V6 instalation?

Hi there, the engine was built by Guy Croft approx. 8 years ago but I have as yet not run it. I bought it from a Guy that couldn’t afford to finish paying for it, hence the quotes are not in my name. It is totally brand new and ready to drop in and run ( would require running in as per spec sheets as all parts are new ). It was built with an estimate from Guy of 210bhp without an alternator and 195 with. The build cost to day would be in excess of £10,000 from Guy Croft. It was built to the highest possible spec with Venolia forged pistons,11.1 CR, big valve head, 3D race cams and triple valve springs, vernier pulleys, lightened flywheel, ceramic plate clutch, accusump and oil to water cooler and New Twin 45 Webbers on a short Guy Croft manifold. Final Capacity was 2091cc. The water ways were all flowed and the sump was baffled to stop oil surge. All parts are new and includes the remote oil filter, air filter box, electronic ignition ect. Since the spec sheet quotes the final spec included new clutch, 3D cams, new carbs and an increase estimate in power due to the cams. The whole engine is serial numbered by Guy Croft with his build number on each matched part. I would be looking for offers around £4500 for the engine and ancillaries. A huge saving for anyone wanting a top spec. engine built. See attached sheets and photos of engine when it was collected. If you know anyone to pass the details on too, I would be grateful.

Cheers,

Giles.
