You don't need one on the 24V Chris.
Loosen the retaining bolt a couple of turns. Take a large hammer (I used a 4lb club hammer) and thump the pulley edge from the cylinder head side - takes one decent blow to break the fit on the taper end ofthe camshaft.
Oh, I forgot (!) to mention, that I used a shortish (about 200mm) lump of oak about 50mm in diameter between the pulley and the hammer. A copper or aluminium hammer would probably do the job nicely.
This is the official method of removing the pulley.
The rear bank exh is hardest to access due to the dogbone bracket as I expect you've noticed.

It's not for me - I've had a request from a toolmaker who wants to pattern one - might involve a FOC one for the club!

It's not listed in the list of special tools on the 24V CarDisk AFAIK, Chris.
