Stratos 4 valve cam buckets

Does anyone know who manufactured or supplied the cam buckets for the 4 valve heads on the Lancia Stratos rally engines?

They were custom cast, Ferrari had the 1st version made.
There are 2 version, Claudio Maglioli has them, you'll be amazed at the price...

You would thus be adding an intermediary to Claudio Maglioli further raising the already very high price I am anticipating.
