Engine weight

Does anyone know the weight of the Alfa 3 ltr V 6, 12 valve including its gearbox :confused:

550 pounds (249 kg) - I weighed mine when I pulled it from the donor car. That includes everything except alternator, power steering pump, and aircon compressor.

reason for that is i have had a bit of a financial problem ( to much bidding on E bay :o ) Thats been sorted so hopefully next month i'll be up and running again ( me be running not hte car yet :rolleyes: ).
