Please help,

logged on to stratos events, just spent one hour typing thread up and it has disappeared! Can I GET IT BACK?

Edit added; since I posted this the computer crashed, then "recovered from a serious error" so I doubt there is any chance of recovering my work will try again tomorrow, don't you just love computers.
I would still appreciate any advice on how to stop it happening again, or you will not hear about our tour of Ireland in October until you next meet me!

Hi Andrew, pm you the other day did you get it ?

write your article using word or similar word processing software then use copy and paste facility to transfer to the site for posting. That way if it goes down you still have the original type on a word file.
