Is that Rowland Casebourne's car? Didn't it go to France?

I think it is Rowland's old car.
There was talk of the owner meeting up with us on the Monte Run, but I think the car was off the road at the time needing a bit of TLC after a slight off. He was looking for a replacement wheel if I remember right.
