I'm fed up with my exhaust cracking over and over again. Doesn't do much silencing anyway.
Need a complete exhaust system for relatively short-term use until my V6 transplant happens, maybe about a year or so's time.
Don't care if it's stainless or mild steel. Will take a complete system with fabricated manifold. Alternatively, I have a standard cast iron manifold as well and can use a system designed to bolt up to it.
Don't really want to have to make any parts if possible - just want to put something on so the car can be used.
Thanks

Is there anything for a Monte that you could use?

Not sure Chris. I suppose that the amount of alteration may be somewhat less but what I was hoping for is that someody who has converted to another type of engine might have something hanging around in the back of the garage gathering dust.
I've just put another 500 or so miles on the car this week and there have been more cracks in the header pipes and also the stainless silencer mounting bracket (that Gerry Hawkridge kindly put a large jubilee clip around). I'd already welded one header up a few weeks ago and now another header tube has cracked.
The car will come off the road the end of this month as it goes on SORN until March. Wanted to have something in place before the winter lay-up.
What I need to do is get the V6 engine sorted but I still have no garage so that will have to wait.

Still looking for complete exhaust if anybody has one (alternatively as much as is necessary to bolt up to a beta cast iron manifold).
I've decided not to run the car this year unless I can find one. The planned conversion to V6 power (probably in 2009 unless I get a garage before I move house) just does not justify having one made for a year or two.
