Well its official SBM 660R is now resident in Scotland. Went down to Oldham Friday night with a trailer. Collected Stratos Sat 8a.m.
Left Oldham 9a.m. arrived Onich 15 miles south of Ft William at 3:30 p.m. Dumped the trailer and drove the car the remaining 88 miles home. Problems! only one the whole trip. Just north of stirling on the way down we stopped for petrol. I asked Stuart to check the trailer lights were working as i had forgoten to do so prior to leaving. Stuarts words ' what lights' we had lost the trailer board some where. 5:30p.m. and no lights. Luckly we found a Auto shop in stirling still open. No other dramas, water temp 85 oil temp 100. the headlights are better than my Subaru and we sat at 60mph the whole way home. The throttle is very heavy and needs looking at. I keep you informed of how it goes.
