"Serck Marston" radiator
I have fitted a custom made "unifin " triple core radiator to my stratos, not aluminium, but I believe most of the weight is coolant, anyway, should be durable and repairable. Just take in a cardboard tempate (I made a card model to be sure of fit). Unifin is their special core material, more effective than conventional radiators and stronger, made in large sheets and cut to size so more economical, three row equivalant to five row conventional.
Cooling seems fine since low presure cap, blocked expansion tank, electrical fault fan wiring incidents (that last one in front of 150+ Integrales Brighton how embarrasing)
The company is Serck Intertruck, www.serckintertruck.co.uk 0121 717 0007
( I paid less than 200pounds in Feb 04.)
