Nor me Stephen. Looks like fairly normal club rallying to me. ;)
How does the saying go...the most dangerous component in a rally car is the nut behind the wheel :D
The spectators may be 'mad' but I reckon we'd all be in a mess without their help on occasions.
Bring it on.

It's amazing that there are any Renault 5 / Peugeot 205's left!

Some of thre French footage is from hillclimbs- hence the presence of single seaters. The lengths they run in these puts the UK efforts to shame; being allowed to run on public roads makes a big difference.

What is the total cost of the damage done in this compilation? £M?
Must be money in Demon Thieves!

For whatever it is worth I have had my fair share of big ones. In my mind you should be able to walk away from most as long as you build the car with all the safety you can build into it. Any of my recent cars have been built for such eventualities because if you want to be quick then you have to accept that it is a fine line between pleasure and pain.
On the othet hand I am in absolute admiration and awe of the guys that used to run around in open Bugatti's, and even up to teh Group B days. When you see the way the cages were built and where they put the fuel cells I am amazed that anybody lived through this era.
I love it. Cheers Gary
