I spotted that my droplinks from the front Anti roll bar were bent, and investigation showed that the Alfa caliper was fouling it at full lock, with the ARB set full soft. The bit of the caliper that catches is a protrusion to mount something that we don't use, so the answer seems to be to grind that bit off! Or don't use the bar on full soft. I'll attach a photo later.

I think I had a minor issue of that sort with my Princess AP calipers some time back. The alloy tube or the low-spec rose joint will bend on contact.

As the front a.r.b. is so thin, I don't think it does anything much at all on 'full soft' setting, so you could even cut the ends off and shorten it so that you no longer move the adjuster that far along the bar!

Alternatively, look at making up a slightly different mounting between link and arb that positions the link slightly further inboard?

Think avoiding the 'full soft' setting is easiest option though.
