Hawk side screens

Has anyone out there got the letter from Gerry exempting the Hawk side screens from the rigours of the sva test.

I could really do with a copy please as i am about to undergo the dreaded test

yes that was my first port of call and he said that he had given so many out that he was sure that someone on the forum would be able to oblidge
its too cold for an old bloke like me to drive around without windows (sorry, sidescreens)!!

Hope you get sorted with the paperwork Chris, For what it's worth, I left my 'sidescreens' out for the test. Then again, I only had a 4 mile drive to the local test centre.

I left mine in...and then had to remove them at the test as I didn't have any proof, then drove 90 miles home again without them. To be honest, unless it's raining hard and you get stuck in traffic, you probably won't miss them.

thanks, after browsing now got it thanks.
just hope that all goes well. have read the manual till i am blue in the face and still get different answers. just hope that they agree with mine!!
