Hi Guys

Has anyone done anything different with the engine side bulk heads or the internal black fiberglass panel. Previously I made a 3 piece alloy arrangement on the engine side. Now that I am installing an Alfa QV I intend re doing them and are after ideas.
I have seen pictures with just alloy panels on the inside of the car but not any with any great detail. My car has the straight up and down rather than sloping bulkhead. Does anyone have any pictures they could send me?

Thanks

Steve

Steve,

I have a Hawk HF3000 with the optional sloping bulkhead. It was installed on my car at the factory, but it is available as a retrofit component. It doesn't look like it would be that hard to duplicate.

My car is still under construction, so it's easy to take a photo. I already owe pictures of it to a couple of other members, so I can add you to my list when I finally get the pictures. I just haven't gotten around to it yet.

I'll see if I can get it done this weekend.

Steve,

Presently, my car has only a single bulkhead. It is attached on the passenger compartment side of the frame members.

I may add a second bulkhead on the engine compartment side, and fill the space in between with insulation. If I do, it will be sloped to follow the angle of the interior bulkhead, rather than installed vertically as on the HF2000.

I'll see if I can borrow a digital camera this weekend.
