I can now answer this question - legally.
At the end of the longest straight at Spa, after Eau Rouge before braking for the Les Combes Chicane (which is uphill all the way) The Strat was pulling an indicated 130mph. So would be able to do more on the flat but have not had a straight long enough yet to try this out legaly.
I had no problems at all with stability at this speed (Hawk front spoiler fitted)
In addition was able to brake for the chicane from within the 200m board with out problem.

On racing tyres at Monza I was changing into 5th at 135mph half way up the straight (and then wetting myself at the chicane.) Anyone got onto Nardo or MIRA yet?

My car got to 135mph on the Bruntingthorpe runway which is uphill.
Then it was on the brakes as there was a large earth bank coming up quick

That's with the standard 164 brakes, isn't it Roger?
this thread prompted me to calculate my theoretical maximum speed - 204 mph  , which fits exactly with On racing tyres at Monza I was changing into 5th at 135mph half way up the straight (and then wetting myself at the chicane.)
Really could do with a lower final drive, methinks. And bigger balls

Its a shame that theoretical speeds can't happen in real life! My long 5th would be good for 226mph at 7250 rpm. Would make my Lamborghini 300kmh (187mph) speedo look most conservative!

Correct Chris standard 164 calipers, with integrale/thema discs as I still have a four stud setup. and Ferodo DS3000 pads,
