Taxing my schoolboy french a bit that - doesn't it mean "shower head"? Or is that french for "slaphead", which is a bit rude? :eek:

....but very appropriate ! :D :D :D

Used by Del Boy Trotter as his bit of French language........used constantly on the Monte run as a greeting or term of affection....known to be still used by uncle Bernard and the other Nottingham Slap head! :eek:

The Vx has gone to a good home. He came, he tried, he wrote me a cheque! (and then helped me pull it out so he could take it home)

And of course, thanks for the coffee Roberto. Always a good welcome. Thanks to Bernard too for accompanying me on my 'Maiden voyage'. Wow what a buzz. Your right Rob, it just fills you with pride and satisfaction. It'll take days to wipe the smile off. :D

I managed to get the spelling right. I didn't realise that there are whole websites with all his french phrases listed!

'should be 'Chardonnet de douche' really??

Have to confess I dont know where this is all going 'cos I'm new to the scene. :confused:
But when we were all parked up at Sando's on the 'Piazza' it was 'Molto Bene'. :D

Thanks Rob the 300-mile round trip was well worth the effort, just need to put it in the car and then, oh yes and then finish all other the jobs. :rolleyes:

All toes present and correct. (Both Rob & I put on our steel toe cap boots just in case, sorry John but you did make us think. Hope you’re foots getting better)
