Stratos with a sunroof?

I was talking to a very nice lady with her husband at the start of the London to Brighton run last Sunday about all things Stratos.
She mentioned having seen a Stratos with a sunroof at Goodwood in 1991 or 1992. She could not remember the colour or if it was original car or a replica.

Apparrently, the driver of the Stratos had to open the sunroof to fit in the car with a helmet on!

Can anyone provide any further info about this unusual modification to a Stratos.
